Chris Putnam
Chris’ Story
Chris Putnam knew very little about meningococcal disease before watching her 18-year-old daughter Jennie fight for her life. Jennie fully recovered without any long-lasting effects; however, if she had not received prompt medical treatment, she may not be alive today. Chris and her family feel extremely lucky that Jennie survived, but know that not all families touched by meningococcal disease are so fortunate.
