Jeri Acosta’s Cookbook

NMA M.O.M. and Louisiana native, Jeri Acosta, lost her son, Robert, to meningococcal disease in January 2006.  To honor their son, Jeri and her husband Marty, published a cookbook, Out to Lunch, to help raise funds to support activities to increase awareness about meningococcal disease prevention. 

Recipes included in the book range from appetizers to entrees and desserts, and were submitted by family and friends in honor of those affected by meningococcal disease. 

A donation of $18 is being requested for each cookbook.  All proceeds will be donated to NMA.
