Give Kids A Shot! Gala

NMA is proud to announce its second annual Give Kids A Shot! Gala will be held on April 26, 2010 at the New York Athletic Club in New York City. This signature fundraising event will help NMA continue and expand its vital work in the fight against meningitis. Ambassador John L. Loeb, Jr. and Liv Ullmann, legendary screen actress, director and humanitarian, are Honorary Chairs of the Gala. We will honor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) - Meningitis and Vaccine Preventable Diseases Branch, NCIRD and we will also honor Roger W. Yurt, M.D., Chief of Burn Surgery at the New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center, Vice Chairman of the Department of Surgery and Director of the William Randolph Hearst Burn Center. We will also recognize Nancy Ford Springer Inspiration Award Honoree, Adam Graves, New York Rangers Hockey Legend and current New York Rangers Special Assistant and Youth Hockey Team Trainer. Richard Thomas, iconic actor of stage, screen and television, will again serve as Master of Ceremonies. Chairs are Sara Herbert-Galloway and Gary Springer, Springer Associates PR, Corporate Chair is Hans Amell, CEO of the Catalyst Group, LLC, and Vice Chairs are Lenore Cooney, Cooney/Waters Group and Barry Klarberg, Monarch Wealth & Business Management.
